    The hotel was excellent, the staff were amicable and very amiable. There were big size rooms with a great view. Location: the venue was just next door to Airport & Han market, tourist area, and good Vietnamese local restuarants. It also was near the beach.

    This is about the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. The General Manager,Mr Amir, was on hand to greet us on our arrival. He personally saw to our needs and comfort during the duration of our stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The service impeccable, as the staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary transfers to and from airport.

    Staff are professional, made all efforts to help me with my needs in a short perdiod, both with extra room bookings in future for business, and meals. Rooms are very comfortable, good WIFI free, and nice rain shower.

    Feels a little "cold" and all business like. The staff are not freindly enough, or smile, like they enjoy the jobs. In the lounge cafe, they never come to get extra orders. Too busy sitting behind the desk together chatting.

    The staff was very nice and helpful,. Mr Phang Hung was specilay helpful to me for planing the rest nof my trip He was and still is helping me.

    Food is of good quality, the restaurant is nice. Prices are fair.

    The rooms were super comfortable with fantastic views over the city. The buffet breakfast was also a treat! The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

    We were sorry that we didn't discover this jewel sooner as everything was fabulous!

    The staff are absolute rockstars, especially Mr. Phan Hung - so friendly and helpful! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with all the vibrant sights and sounds of Vietnam. The rooftop bar is mind-blowing, offering breathtaking views as the sun sets. Plus, there are fantastic restaurants and bars just a short walk or taxi ride away. The room itself is super spacious with a jaw-dropping panoramic city view. The guest relations officers are amazing, always going above and beyond. And the breakfast is absolutely delicious. I was blown away by the late check-in experience and the night supervisor's assistance. This place is just incredible, and I fell in love with the city as well.
